Screed & Decorative Flooring in Atlantic Seaboard
About this service in Atlantic Seaboard
We work with homeowners and developers along the Atlantic Seaboard — Sea Point, Green Point, Camps Bay, and Clifton — on polished concrete, microcement, and resin flooring built for coastal living.
Our screed & decorative flooring clients in Atlantic Seaboard typically come to us through referral — word travels fast across Cape Town when a floor is done properly.
Our screed flooring and decorative flooring systems are self-levelling and pigmented in custom colours, giving you a seamless floor with none of the grout lines of tile. Poured and troweled to a smooth or lightly textured finish, then sealed for lasting durability — coloured screed flooring is a popular choice for open-plan homes, offices, and retail fit-outs where durable floors matter as much as good looks.
